We have custom-formulated our very own Tayib Gluten Free flour recipe using a special blend of rice, cassava and pea flour + xantham gum. This recipe was formulated for both its unique texture and the climate/altitude of the Highveld. Customers can add baking powder to use this flour for baked goods.
